Espacio Agua is a nonprofit, multisector coalition made up of civil society organizations, local governments, universities, young people, businesses and professionals whose mission is to contribute, through high-impact education and communication initiatives to the responsible management of water resources and the formal recognition of universal access to safe water and sanitation as a human right.

Funds raised by Espacio Agua’s participation in the Dow Live Earth Run for Water will be used to support the “Del Rio no me Rio” (Don’t laugh about the River!) campaign, whose goal is the revitalization of the Reconquista River. The campaign’s goal is to educate and involve community members and policy makers in solutions to the social and environmental problems of the river, to achieve a better quality of life for all that share the watershed. In particular the Delta Bonaerense.
