Text to Change works in countries affected by poverty and conflict. TTC contributes to the welfare of individuals by creating a more informed citizenry and by enhancing transparency. Together with its partners, TTC aims to support change by increasing awareness and enabling citizens to make informed choices.

Our mission is to empower citizens by unleashing the potential of mobile telephony to provide and collect information, increase awareness and knowledge levels, enhance transparency and strengthen advocacy.

Our vision is a world with informed citizens who choose, in freedom, their path of development and who hold, without fear or prejudice, their representatives to account.
