SEND-Ghana’s PartMe project has built the capacity of representatives of Focal NGOs and District Citizens Monitoring Committees (DCMCs) in ICT in all of its operational regions of Ghana.

The learning from the first phase of this project and training needs assessment conducted showed that most of the representatives of the FNGOs/DCMCs had limited practical ICT skills. This activity was carried out to build the capacities of the representatives who are directly involved in collecting data for the project using the designed systems and tools.

The training was on data processing and information management skills, which included hands-on/practical sessions in areas such as Basic Computing and Microsoft Excel.

Participants appreciated the need for the training and were urged to use the knowledge acquired to add value and improve the quality of their work.
