On 28-29 September we conducted a training for 23 representatives of the homeowners' associations in Novovolynsk.
The training was provided by our expert Leonid Tulovsky with participation of Volodymyr Rozhelyuk, deputy mayor of Novovolynsk, who briefed the participants about the importance of reforming the housing sector of the city.
In course of the training, the homeowners' associations learned how to manage their houses better, in particular about their rights and duties as co-owners of the house, procedure of transferring the house into the balance of the association, and specificities of service provision by the association.
