M & E Training for Health Staff

ACDEP organized a short duration training for 12 health staff of its network members held at Damongo in northern Ghana from 11th to 12th October 2012. The training formed part of ACDEP's quarterly General Meetings (GM). Participants were taken through the basic concept of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E),the importance of M&E and the process of developing simple and practical M&E systems for projects at the PHC and community lecvels.An M&E expert from the Presbytariam Primary Healthcare office in Bolga was the resource person. A practical and participatory approach was adopted with focus group discussions.
