Safe Maternity - Strong Community

Rahima Kathun's happy story:

In one community, Ms. Rahima Kathun, age 25, told PHREB staff that after her husband attended several Friday speeches by an Imam from the Imam Network, her husband recognized the adverse affect that his own prior behavior (domestic violence) had on her. Ms. Rahima Kathun stated that her husband's attitude and actions have changed dramatically in a positive direction. She also stated that she wanted her husband to continue to attend this Imam's Friday speeches, so that her husband will continue to treat her with respect.
